TOUR DETAILS
DAY ONE: AKWAABA (welcome)
- The local team we’ve partnered with will be ready and waiting for you at the airport. Private transportation will take you to your luxury hotel where you can relax and unwind until it’s time for us to enjoy our group welcome dinner at one of Ghana’s finest restaurants

DAY TWO: ACCRA CITY TOUR
- After breakfast at the hotel, we shall head for a full-day tour, which will give you the opportunity to experience the beauty, historic monuments, and the great cultural heritage that Accra has to offer. We’ll also stop at Independence Square/Black star, Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, and take part in some drumming and dancing

DAY THREE: CULTURAL IMMERSION DAY
- After breakfast, our cultural immersion day will begin with a Batik making experience. We’ll also take part in a Ghanaian cooking class and have a local lunch. We will enjoy some cultural dancing lessons, Ghanaian language lessons and delve into their history.

DAY FOUR: CAPE COAST
- Today we will drive to Cape Coast with a packed breakfast and visit Elmina Castle. This is the castle overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a former slave-trade outpost, which is home to the "Door of No Return," through which millions of Africans were forced onto slave ships bound for the United States. There will also be time to take part in some ancestral meditation by the beach

DAY FIVE: KUMASI
- Today we are flying to Kumasi! After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to the airport to catch our domestic flight from Accra to Kumasi. In Kumasi we will immerse ourselves into the culture and historic heritage of the Ashanti Region of Ghana. We’ll take part in a naming ceremony, visit a few museums and have lunch. In the evening, we’ll head back to the airport for our return flight to Accra.

DAY SIX: FREE DAY / CHARITY GIVE BACK
- After breakfast at the hotel, you can spend most of the day as you see fit. This is your free time to explore the resort, the areas around the hotel, or relax before we head to a local village outside of the city to give back to the community. We will be purchasing food and other items for us to donate. After a fulfilling time of giving back, we will have our farewell dinner at another one of Ghana’s finest restaurants.

DAY SEVEN: DEPARTURE
- Sadly, all good things must come to an end. After breakfast at the hotel, you'll spend your last moments snapping your last photos of Ghana. Check out and transfer from the hotel to board your flight back home
